Upbeats Day cant take place as usual this year because of the lockdown but instead CACT, supported by the club, are running Upbeats Week to raise crucial funds to keep the programme going
We want everyone to join us in walking a mile for the Upbeats on April 25th at some point between 11am and 2pm. All you have to do is commit to doing it (ideally by social media), donate here, (£10 or whatever you can afford) nominate your friends to join you and then walk the mile on Saturday .
Because of the lockdown, there is less activity going on which means less funding is required to keep the programme going. Our target this year is £10,000.
The Upbeats programme is entirely funded by voluntary donations so your support is greatly appreciated and fundamental to this fantastic cause.
