Founded in March 2019 by Adeola Onigbanjo, Youth PWR started as a photography workshop, where young individuals learned storytelling and design skills, culminating in the creation of our inaugural magazine issue titled "KNIFE CRIME The Epidemic: Is There A Solution?". This was in direct response to the founder experiencing the tragic death of a young person due to gang related violence in his neighbourhood.

This traumatic experience fuelled our founder to dedicate his time, effort and energy in empowering young people and showing them that there are better options to secure a successful and sustainable future.

This #UNTI|MELY campaign aims to provide a solution to the growing problem of knife crime and gang violence. With your help and donations, we plan to support young people by reaching out to schools and colleges to build trust and provide positive alternatives to illicit activities. Youth PWR will strategically tackle this problem which will then allow for safer communities and ensure bright futures for our young people.
