For some seniors, Unison is a place to connect, learn, dance, exercise, and stay active, physically or virtually. Others find guidance in navigating bureaucracy, securing housing, and filing their income taxes. Some rely on Unison for their next meal through our Free Food Markets or grocery deliveries. Caregivers use it as a respite for their loved ones. Many begin their healing journey at our Wellness Centre, while others find safety and a future in our Elder Abuse Shelter.
