Ambulance purchased in partnership with Lviv Aid for Ukraine, a fundraising team from Hagley, West Midlands! These amazing people have bought 2 ambulances with our help, the other one has gone to the Zaporizhye region.

March 2024/Березень 2024 UPDATE

We have been working very hard continuing to collect donations from NHS hospitals, and purchasing items to send to Ukraine.

We are working to fundraise for our own transport currently! In the meantime we have been working with partners CARITAS through The Polish Centre Leamington Spa and ICMDA (International Christian Medical & Dental Association) to continue getting the donated medical aid out to hospitals in Ukraine.

Ми сприяємо постачанню медичних товарів в Україну, забезпечуючи канал між британськими благодійними організаціями, неурядовими організаціями та лікарнями та іншими медичними закладами в Україні.

Ми пропонуємо широкий спектр медичної підтримки для української системи охорони здоров’я, зокрема навчання новим навичкам і методикам, які війна зробила пріоритетом для медичних працівників України.

Як міст, що з’єднує Україну та Великобританію, ми прагнемо створити стратегію відновлення української системи охорони здоров’я та інфраструктури.

Нашу місію підтримує Міністерство охорони здоров’я України, а саме Офіс з питань реабілітації України, Міністерство інфраструктури України, а також низка провідних благодійних організацій Великобританії, таких як St John Ambulance, фонди NHS та приватні постачальники медичних послуг.

Завдяки готовності наших партнерів та друзів із Великої Британії підтримати нас у цій не легкій справі, ця ідея стала реальністю і тому ми активно розпочинаємо її реалізацію.

Отже основна наша ціль – це ефективна медична сфера України і ми дуже щасливі, що маємо змогу зробити свій внесок в це.

Greetings everyone!

Welcome to the Ukrainian Medical Charity (UMC), more than just an association, but a community of resilient and open-minded individuals.

We provide educational support to Ukrainian medical and healthcare professionals to retrain and requalify into the UK medical professions.

We facilitate the provision of medical supplies to Ukraine by providing a channel between UK-based charities, NGOs and hospitals, and other medical facilities in Ukraine.

We offer a wide range of healthcare-related support to the Ukrainian healthcare system, specifically training with new skills and techniques that the war has made a priority for medical and healthcare professionals in Ukraine.

As a bridge connecting Ukraine and the UK, we strive to create a strategy to rebuild the Ukrainian healthcare system and infrastructure.

Our mission is supported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, namely the Office for the Recovery of Ukraine, the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, as well as a number of leading UK charities such as St John Ambulance, NHS foundations, and private healthcare providers.

Thanks to the willingness of our partners and friends from UK to support us in this difficult task, this idea has become a reality, and we are actively commencing its implementation.

Therefore, our primary objective is to enhance the effectiveness of the medical sphere in Ukraine, and we are delighted to have the opportunity to contribute to this cause.
