This money will be spent on the running of and publicity for large UCBU events, particularly our Carol Services on 27th November 2025 and Events Week in 2026.

During Carols this year we hope to reach around 1200 students in the University of Birmingham through carol services in the Great Hall. We are planning on having two carol services with a choir, two bands, a cafe (with mince pies & hot chocolate) and an evangelistic talk in each of them, all with the purpose of seeing the gospel shared to every student on campus, which is the vision of the CU.

Any money that remains after the week will go towards future events run by UBCU.
