Here are Trinity Hospice we believe in living comfortably, right to the end. Whether a someone has recently diagnosed or are at end of life, our teams are here to support, guide and care for them and their loved ones.

Year on year we’re reaching more people across the Fylde coast with our expert, life-changing services; from visiting patients in their homes in the the middle of the night through our Hospice at Home team, to offering free bereavement counselling to those affected by loss.

We can only do this thanks to our community, who take part in our events like Skydive 2025 raising vital sponsorship. Every donation adds up and helps make an important difference to the lives of people who need our care.
