We've joined the 197-strong "Kensal Triathlon Team" which is supporting Salusbury World.

We're excited but also very nervous as six of our team has never done Tri before. Our team is:

RELAY (TRUSTEE TEAM): Kathy Van De Vate (swim), Sarah Reynolds (cycle), Amy Lewis (run)

SPRINT: Orissa Meaden, Anastasia Chew, William Skinner, Reuben Morris, Susan Kennedy, Bec Kilner

SUPER SPRINT: Tara Ryan

RELAY: Cllr Ellie Southwood (run, accom panied by Mili Patel) Neil Nerva (cycle), Kulcher (swim)

You can sponsor the whole team or click on the individual fundraising profiles below.

Please leave messages to encourage our team as they train ith local groups such as Queens Park Harriers, Lizzie Barker/Mariangela/Jamie Baird PT, Gym Locomotive, Moberly Sports Centre. We will post on social media @salusburyworld and @kensalqueenspark

Remember to click Gift Aid so your donation is worth 25% more at no extra cost to you (and there is no need to pay Just Giving's additional platform fees).

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT! and thank you also to Akoya for their sponsorship of the team!
