Story
Hello Friends,
Warm Greeting to you all
We hope you all are doing good and well. This year Covid 19, has affected everyone around the world and Nepal is no different. My Small Help, Nepal has many children that come from very rural areas that somehow landed in Kathmandu for different reasons. Government ordered to take early exams to end the session at the end of March 2020 and many of our children left Kathmandu to be with their families and loved ones. We had more than 4 months of complete lockdown and till today, there is a partial lockdown with no schools. This has affected a lot of our many children. Some are attending online classes. Most of our supported children managed to come back recently. We can clearly see these children lack joyfulness. So, our dear friend Aaron from UK came up with a plan to give them a special treat with food, cloth, toys, toiletries items for over 15+ children living in Marybert Orphanage and children living outside of Marybert too.
Here is the cost breakdown
Food with fruits: Rs. 10000 / £65
Toys: Rs. 7000 / £45
Toiletries Items (Soap, Shampoo, Toothpaste, Toothbrush): Rs. 10000 (2 months) / £65
Cloth (12 children) (depending upon their need: inner cloth or jacket or warm trouser or woolen cap+ gloves) : Rs 30000 / £195
Desert chocolate cake and sweets: 4500 / £30
Total: £400
We will really appreciate your small support to help in making these children's faces smile with a bit of happiness in their life. Making them feel there is someone who loves them and cares for them. Thank you, everyone.
With love and peace
My Small Help, Nepal
