Since 1984, The Cabbage Patch has been guided with integrity, ambition and devotion by Executive Director Tracy Holladay. It is remarkable to have such longstanding leadership, and The Patch is fortunate to have a very strong foundation because of it. Tracy will most be remembered for his innovative leadership that greatly expanded The Cabbage Patch both in the scope of services and the building in Old Louisville. From Streetball Showdown to expanding the Family Development Department and the launching of the College Scholar Program Tracy has left an indelible mark on The Cabbage Patch. It will be a time to celebrate his accomplishments, and the infinite potential in our future!

In recognition of his many years of service as Executive Director, The Cabbage Patch Board of Directors and generous donors established the J. Tracy Holladay Overall Mission Endowment Fund. Tracy believed that all young people need faith, hope, love and opportunity to become the people God created them to be. His legacy of faithfulness, good stewardship and leadership will forever impact the future of The Patch and those we serve.
