Story

He's done it! James has completed all 14 legs of The Tour of the TAP 2022 challenge, and all that's left is the London Marathon later this week. So far, he's covered over 170km, and ran over 2000,000 steps in total.

The Tour of the TAP is back and bigger than ever before as Cure Leukaemia Chief Executive, James McLaughlin, has led the charity's Your 14 campaign during Blood Cancer Awareness Month by once again putting his running shoes on in September.

Not set with just running 14km around each of the charity's Trial Acceleration Programme (TAP) centres across the UK, he will now turn his attention to running the London Marathon on Sunday 2nd October, just over a week after completing the final leg of his Tour.

James has visited the following cities as part of the Tour:

09/09/2022 Guys and St Thomas/Kings, London - COMPLETED

09/09/2022 UCL, London - COMPLETED

12/09/2022 Birmingham - COMPLETED

21/09/2022 Oxford - COMPLETED

22/09/2022 Cardiff - COMPLETED

23/09/2022 Southampton - COMPLETED

The event has raised over £50,000 from the past two years to fund the charities TAP Network and he is aiming to bring his combined fundraising total for the event to over £100,000.
