Tournament of Stars kicks off with the Friday night Celebrity Draft Party, an exclusive cocktail reception during which teams draft their celebrity player and meet to plot their game-day strategy.
On Saturday, the energy builds from the moment the teams hit the courts and the games begin.

When a person has a serious injury or illness, an acute care hospital is only the first step toward recovery. There is still a lot of hard work that needs to be done before someone is able to return to everyday life. For that, they need UHN’s West Park Healthcare Centre.
West Park is a nationally recognized leader in rehabilitation and complex care. Our highly skilled team of physicians, therapists and nurses work in partnership with our patients to help them overcome enormous health challenges, regain their independence, and get back to the lives they love.
We are now at a critical point in our 120-year history, as we transform our campus to meet the growing demand for our services and the healthcare needs of an aging population. Our new hospital building, which opened in April 2024, is allowing us to grow and innovate, so we can continue to provide the very best care for all those who will one day depend on West Park.
Our redevelopment will continue over the next several years with the creation of outdoor therapeutic environments that will better support patients as they recover. In addition, planning is underway for a second long-term care centre on the site. The $80 million Get Your Life Back capital campaign will continue to support West Park’s bold transformation, as we build a model of care to meet the needs of patients now, and in the decades to come.

On March 21 & 22, 2025 team up with former Toronto Raptors and other NBA alumni at the 6th Annual West Park Foundation Tournament of Stars, a celebrity basketball tournament in support of West Park Healthcare Centre.
To qualify for this unique two-day basketball experience, each team must raise a minimum of $20,000 for a 5 on 5 team, with up to 10 players per team. Once qualified, teams have earned the opportunity to draft their celebrity teammate. The more money your team raises for West Park, the better your chance to draft your favourite NBA alumni.

An exclusive cocktail reception that will bring together qualifying teams, celebrities, major sponsors and invited guests. Teams will participate in the celebrity draft, with the highest fundraising team taking top pick and the remaining teams following in order of funds raised.
Party with our celebrity teammates while enjoying cocktails and hors d'oeuvres from some of Toronto's top restaurants and caterers. The Draft Party is your chance to size up the competition, plan your defensive matchups and strategize before you hit the courts the following day.
Remember, if you want to play with a top NBA alumni, be the top fundraising team! The name of the game is FUN, so get out there and raise critical funds and awareness for West Park Healthcare Centre.

Energy builds from the moment the teams hit the courts and the games begin. The day will be filled with fun and excitement as players compete for the ultimate bragging rights.
Teams will enjoy showcasing their skills on the court playing alongside celebrities; along with a special take-home team photo with their NBA teammate.
The Tournament of Stars will be a fun-filled day of basketball with family, friends and other spectators cheering on their favourite teams from the bleachers. Everyone will have the opportunity to meet the celebs for a personalized autograph and photo, and enjoy great food all in support of an amazing healthcare facility and cause.
