Christmas is a time for togetherness, but sadly for thousands of older East Londoners, they feel more isolated at Christmas than any other time of year.
This year, we want to change that for as many older people as we can. That’s why we’re calling on East London to come together.
For thousands of older people who are feeling lonely, forgotten or who have no one else to turn to for help, Age UK is a lifeline.
Our home help team and hospital teams don't stop for Christmas, and will be providing practical and emotional support, bringing comfort, friendship and joy to older people who need it most.
