Taylor-Made Dreams enables children with life limiting illness to achieve their dreams when time is precious; they also support families with others services which include counselling, holistic therapy, sibling support services, medical travel grants, a technology loan library, family portraits, medical sheepskin fleeces, magical hero photo shoots, catwalk experiences, and memory pendants for families to cherish.
