Heart Heroes supports families of children living with congenital heart disease and heart problems. Our goal is for children and their siblings to be included in all our events, along with parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles and any other close family.
Every day 13 babies are diagnosed with a heart defect/condition in the UK and Heart Heroes are supporting many of the families.
Help us raise important funds and awareness, so we can provide ever lasting memories to these families going through their heart journeys. Any donations are very much appreciated, as Heart Heroes rely solely on the kind support of people like you
