Story

Turning Tides is gathering a group of dedicated adventurers who believe everyone deserves a home.

Together they'll be conquering the three highest peaks in England, Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon.

The money you donate will help support someone experiencing homelessness, giving them the opportunity to start their own journey, one that will change their lives forever. Someone like Steve - https://www.turning-tides.org.uk/my-life-steve/

"I can see a plan ahead of me now. I see every step as part of a journey. Me asking for help from outreach when i lived in the woods was the first step of the journey - to the top of that mountain! When i get to the top of that mountain i will shout at the top of my lungs "thank you" to everyone that helped me. "

Your donation will help people like Steve on their first steps out of homelessness, it could pay for:

- £20 – Emergency food pack for 1 week, 1 week of hot showers/breakfast at a Hub.

- £30 – One counselling session, one hour of support from a specialist worker (substance misuse, tenancy sustainment or mental health).

- £50 – One 2 hour outreach session or one emergency pack (sleeping bag/tent and food) for someone rough sleeping.

- £100 – A week of breakfasts and showers at the Hub for 5 people or 5 emergency food packs for someone rough sleeping.

Please join us in wishing this amazing team of people good luck on their adventure.
