Visiting hospital can be a scary time, especially for the hundreds of children who visit the Children's Unit each week for appointments with our Paediatric Team. Many of the children seen can often attend for multiple appointments including having bloods taken and investigations which can cause great anxiety for the children.

Renovations are currently underway within the Children's Unit to increase waiting area space, including a new sensory waiting area and extra consulting rooms to enable extra clinics to run. Our Charity would like to help support this project by funding new art work throughout the unit, new waiting room furniture, TV and iPad Station for the children to access while waiting for their appointments and a new outdoor play area.
