Our vision is that all people with a learning disability can receive the appropriate support to become an active part of society and enjoy family, a career, hobbies and home - just like everyone else.

When someone begins to receive support from Thera East Midlands, they are asked what they want to achieve, what they believe their potential is, and how they want to live their lives. From their answers, a bespoke support plan is built. We can support employment opportunities, independent living, training to manage personal finances and so much more.

To empower the people we support to achieve this, we combine bespoke funded day to day care with voluntary funded additional support to build confidence and independence in all areas of life including relationship building, careers and training, housing, and achieving personal goals.
