The former Army School in Bordon has been our home since 1981 and is loved and supported by the many thousands who come here. Its our 40th anniversary in 2021 and with a grant secured from East Hampshire District Council to refurbish the building, wed hoped to be planning a reopening party not relaying the sad news we are today.

We know you love the character of The Phoenix, but with little to no work having been carried out on its fabric for many years, that character is challenging our very ability to reopen as planned in October and therefore putting its future at stake.

I hate to ask in these very difficult times, but we need your financial help. A donation therefore towards our overall target of £15,000 would enable us to complete the outstanding work, thereby securing the future of The Phoenix.

We are a registered charity and not for profit organisation and all our energies are focused on saving the only professional theatre in East Hampshire.
