Story
We are taking a stand against homelessness by bedding down for one night at this beautiful venue, Pentillie Castle in a single act of compassion to help save lives. The event promises to be a powerful, reflective and yet humbling experience as we bed down like those who are homeless. For us it will just one night, and in the morning we can return to our warm homes and comfortable beds.
We are extremely grateful to Ted and Sarah Coryton, the owners of Pentillie Castle for allowing us to host this event here, and for their passionate support for veterans.
The money raised will fund our seven-bed Homes for Veterans house and a bespoke support package. We strive to improve the well-being of those who stay with us with a programme of outdoor activities such as our Boots on the Ground Scheme, an outreach Buddy-to-Buddy Scheme, as well as training and employment opportunities such as our Community Self-Build Scheme.
