Keen to continue the good work of The Frank Bruno Foundation, our dedicated supporters will be taking part in the AJ Bell Great North Run 2023 raising valuable funds for the Foundation, a charity which exists to provide support and encouragement and the motivation to succeed to those struggling with early stage mental ill health. Our programmes offer non-contact boxing and mental health and wellbeing support. Our fundraisers are asking for you to support them in raising money for the Foundation.

The Frank Bruno Foundation Round by Round Centre opened in Northampton in 2021 and offers our Mental Health and Wellbeing programmes to support those with early stage mental ill health from the age of 10 years. We aim to bring the healthy body and healthy mind approaches together to provide a holistic and enjoyable experience and aspire to offer participants the skills and tools they learn on our programmes to develop a happier, more fulfilling and successful future. We also continue to campaign to raise public awareness of mental ill health and how this can affect anyone at any time. We also continue to campaign to knock out the stigma surrounding this by the use of our social media platforms to encourage anyone facing mental ill health to talk openly and not to feel discriminated against.
