East Lancashire Hospital Trust is seen as the beating heart of our wonderful and diverse community. Our hospitals serve a population of around 530,000 and are there for us all from birth and throughout our lives.

The situation we are seeing is unprecedented. As the number of Covid-19 cases continues to rise, one constant throughout the pandemic, has been the remarkable work of our hospitals and incredible NHS staff. Our NHS staff have worked tirelessly, day in day out, to provide patients with the care they need. It is no surprise that they are tired, fatigued and overwhelmed which is why we need your support more than ever. We want to be there for them, as they have us, - and for our most vulnerable patients.

As the official NHS charity of East Lancashire Hospital Trust, we are working closely with your local hospital to keep up with the current situation, their needs and how we can help. With your support we will continue to provide our amazing staff with care packages and important wellness support, as well as providing extra equipment such as iPads for patients so they can stay in contact with their loved ones, as the need is identified and requested
