Texas Unites to Support Hurricane Ida Relief Efforts
Houston Dynamo FC, Houston Dash, Austin FC, and FC Dallas join forces to collect funds in support of our neighbors in Louisiana who have been affected by Hurricane Ida.
Story
Hurricane Ida is one of the strongest storms to hit Louisiana in more than a century with winds over 150 mph. Families are displaced from their homes on top of being challenged with an already crowded medical system due to the COVID 19 pandemic.
Houston Dynamo FC, Houston Dash, Austin FC, and FC Dallas are combining forces to help collect funds in order to support our neighbors in Louisiana who have been affected by Hurricane Ida. All donations to this Texas Unites fund will go directly to SBP (St. Bernard Project) a local organization that assists in Hurricane relief efforts. SBP was started in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina and has since grown to help with hurricane relief efforts across the country.
