Dementia is a huge and growing health crisis. Over 900,000 people in the UK are living with the diagnosis and almost all of us will know someone who is affected. That's why we need you to take on the Dementia UK Tennis-a-thon on 17th July.

All you need to do is...

1. Register to take part on our website.

2. Set yourself the challenge of playing tennis for as long as you can on 17th July or on another date which suits you.

3. Set up your fundraising page by clicking the orange button above which says 'Start fundraising'.

We are Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nurse charity. Our nurses, called Admiral Nurses, who we continually support and develop, provide life-changing care for families affected by all forms of dementia - including Alzheimers disease.
