Organised by Fair Earth FoundationAmigos de Gillian Banks is a registered children’s charity in the south of Tenerife who support the underprivileged children & their families. They work closely with the directors of the children’s centres and aim to provide all requests needed.
Social Project 2 – Disadvantaged Children in Tenerife
We are raising funds for disadvantaged children and their mothers in Tenerife where there is widespread poverty within the local community. With the funds raised we will be able to provides much needed essentials such as clothing, housing, food etc.
Amigos de Gillian Banks has supported this cause for many years and brings, from the UK, Performance Arts students to perform in shows across Tenerife as a fundraiser for the charity that works with local children in Tenerife. In supporting this programme, by donating to the Teide Challenges, you will be helping in two areas, firstly in supporting disadvantage youths from the UK, giving them the opportunity to give of themselves for the common good, and gain invaluable experience and secondly raising funds in the process to support local women and children.
