Tedleigh has come into our care with a chronic ear problem. He has already been to Swale Barn Vets and was very brave whilst they took his bloods and clipped the fur on his poor ear to let the air in and take a swab. He has pain relief and ear treatment for now, and will need to go back into the vets for further investigations and possibly surgery.

Despite being obviously uncomfortable, this sweet old boy wags his tail all the time, even at the vets. He has taken up residence in the Happy Endings office and spends the day snoozing and snoring loudly! We don't know yet how much his treatment is going to cost and it could easily run into hundreds of pounds, but this dear lad deserves to finally get this under control and spend his retirement comfortable and out of pain.

With an animal like Tedleigh who has come in with a health problem that is going to take a long time to heal, our care doesn't stop once they go into their new homes. Happy Endings continues to support ongoing veterinary treatment for a number of cats and dogs who are being cared for by amazing fosterers.
