Last year 29 super heroes took on Total Warrior a grueling 12k obstacle course in the Yorkshire countryside! It was tougher for some than others but the most amazing team spirit got everyone over the finish line for their victory beer and medal! We are going again for 2022 and would appreciate any support whether it be donations, help with training or moral support we need it all.

We are all taking part so we can help people with muscular dystrophy, many who simply wouldn't be able to participate in an event like this but we can so no matter how hard it gets, we will.
