The Vitality London 10000 on the 29th May 2019 is a fabulous 10km running event. A great distance for novice of more experienced runners the atmosphere is always electric.

Every day in the UK a child is born with genetic changes that means they will develop the condition. The disease is debilitating, there is currently no cure and lives are cut far too short. The Lily Foundation supports those families affected, raises awareness and funds vital research to find a cure. But we can't do this without you.
