Started by Team Ed and the WAYwocs several years ago, added to in 2019 with Team Colette and again in 2022 with the addition of Team Irwin Mitchell, the Kingston upon Thames Rotary Club Dragon Boat Races have become a fantastic annual event for WAY. This year we once again have the three teams battling it out against each other and of course the other teams in the event - sometimes only mere seconds apart - and raising much needed funds for WAY members.

WAY relies on fundraising and generous donations, as well as membership fees, to help pay for vital services for our members including our website and our 24-hour telephone service.

With your help, we can do so much more for our members and raise our profile too, so that more people who are widowed young can find out about our peer to peer support network.
