Together Dementia Support help people to live positively with dementia in Manchester and Trafford. Over the course of 2023, we worked with 999 people living with dementia and their carers, enabling them to live actively, socially and positively, with support for both people living with dementia and their loved ones.
Since being established in 2014, TDS has supported thousands of local people to live more positively with dementia. Our dedicated team of Dementia Support Co-ordinators and volunteers are the lifeblood of our service, working to improve physical and mental health and enable people to live positively with Dementia.
When you choose to fundraise for or donate to Together Dementia Support, you are directly and positively impacting the lives of people in your community. As a small charity, every penny we receive goes directly into our services, meaning every donation makes a different no matter how big or small.
