Story

Our beautiful, bright and sporty little boy who had so much love for his family and friends. He was always full of life, always so curious, and loved to make everyone laugh. Tay’s smile captured so many hearts and he was the best company to be around. He really had the kindest soul.

His love for nature and animals was beautiful to see. He had such a passion for wanting to make the world a better place. Any opportunity he got to be outdoors, he’d be there creating bug hotels and building dens. He was Lego obsessed and also loved to collect all kinds of treasures. A little boy who loved life.

Devastatingly that all changed on 30th May 2023. Taylan was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumour called medulloblastoma. Our lives were completely shattered. Taylan started to show some really concerning symptoms only 9 days before he was diagnosed. This is how aggressive it was.

Tay bravely underwent 6 hours of brain surgery, countless invasive procedures and intensive radiotherapy on his little body. Heartbreakingly he lost his life 8 months later on 9th February 2024. He was 6 years old.

Please help us fight for a cure in memory of our courageous warrior, Tay, who touched thousands of hearts and taught us the true meaning of love
