TAM Asset Management is proud to fundraise for The Childhood Trust, London's child poverty charity.

The cost-of-living crisis is having a devastating impact on London's most vulnerable children. They are now facing life-changing, life-limiting deep poverty rather than significant hardship. Of the 800,000 children in London living in poverty, over 40% are regularly missing meals and going hungry.

The Childhood Trust exists to provide these children with a healthy, resilient, safe, and confident childhood, so that they are well prepared for life and therefore break the vicious cycle of poverty. They achieve this via three key areas: delivering fundamental projects, running volunteering programmes, and advocating for disadvantaged children.

To help The Childhood Trust carry out their vital work, we are delighted to be hosting, and taking part in, a variety of fundraising events and challenges throughout the year.

1. TAM Easter Bake Sale | Tuesday 26 March | Raised: £751

Huge thanks to our talented TAM bakers for providing an incredible spread of delicious Easter treats, and an extra special thank you to everyone who stopped by 40 Basinghall Street to purchase one (or ten!) to support this very important cause.

2. Amber River Foundation Bowlathon | May 2024 | Raised: £140

The inaugural Amber River Foundation Bowlathon was a huge success. Teams from across the Group came together during the month of May to put their ten-pin bowling skills to the test to win donations for their charity partners.

3. TAM Tackles the Three Peaks | Friday 07 June | Raised: £6,205

They did it! Izabela, Stephanie, Daniel, James B, Olivia G and Olivia P, battled the elements and successfully tackled the National Three Peaks Challenge.

3 countries… 3 mountains… Over 70,000 steps… In under 24 hours!

Sincere thanks to everyone who got behind the team. Your generous donations and messages of encouragement kept them going through some very tricky moments and enabled them to dig deep and push through to complete the challenge.

4. Amber River Foundation Quiz | Thursday 14 th November

The Amber River Foundation Quiz is back! Teams from across the Group will once again be coming

together to put their general knowledge to the test and win donations for their charity partners.

We are really looking forward to raising much needed funds for this worthy cause and thank you sincerely for your kind support.

If funds are raised which cannot be applied for this specific charity, the funds may be applied by the Amber River Charitable Fund in furtherance of its charitable purposes.
