This year, the funds raised by our incredible community are more important than ever. Our community day in May will be our biggest yet, consisting of two days. The first, on May 16th, is focused on offering a live training session to health care professionals, where they will hear from families and one of our professional advisors.

The second day, on May 17th, will be for our community, consisting of more sessions then ever before. Funds raised will help us to facilitate these days, and more later in the year in Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales.
