Love is in the air! And so is spring and sunshine and warmer weather (fingers crossed)!! To celebrate all this, we are inviting you to join us in DExs TAKEON-21 challenge, walking 2100 miles during march, to mark the Down Syndrome awareness day on 21st March.
A simple way for you to stay active, enjoy the outdoors and raise some vital funds for DEx and create awareness of Down Syndrome, all while having lots of fun.

The challenge details:
Take part by yourself or get all the family involved and sign-up to run, walk or cycle a distance of 21 miles during March.
Set up your Just-giving page, link it with Strava* and Get your friends, family, and workmates to sponsor each mile you walk and raise a minimum of £100 (although the more the merrier
Even if you're unable to fundraise, please do join in and log your miles so together we can cover the distance of 2100 miles during March.
Get creative!! Run in a fancy dress, walk in heels or cycle in circles in your own back garden, do it in style and remember to share your photos with us, tagging DEx and using #takeon21challenge
