Story

Grab your trainers and get walking and talking! Our fourth annual Autism Acceptance Week sponsored walk takes place on World Autism Acceptance Day - Wednesday 2nd April 2025!

It's all part of our efforts for Autism Acceptance Week, which starts on Monday 31st March, and we'll be building up to our Dare to be Different day on Friday 4th April. We would love for as many people as possible to join us, catching up with old friends and making some new ones along the way. We're hoping to raise funds for the Sycamore Trust and highlight awareness and empathy of Autism at the same time.

It's slightly different this year in that we won't start in Dagenham. Instead we're going to concentrate our activities on glorious Raphaels Park, which will no doubt be a riot of colour in early April. The walk starts at 10.00 am and we should be finished around 2pm

We know that times are tough, so any donation, however big or small, is very welcome. Thank you for everyone who has helped us!

If you'd like to take part in the walk, please drop a line to annmarie.lyonsmummery@sycamoretrust.org.uk
