Story

We would love to completely remodel our school library; making it a great environment for children across Swiss Gardens to relax and enjoy some reading. We are also aiming to make it really well resourced with a great range of reading materials, for all our children.

About the charity

The PTA at Swiss Gardens plays an essential role in regular fundraising to supply resources for the school to support and enhance the playing and learning environment for all children and teachers. The PTA encourages all parents, teachers, grandparents and carers of children at the school to submit requests and ideas to enhance the schools facilities and resources. The PTA will aim to fulfill all requests from teachers where it is possible within the budget available to them. The PTA aims to run events at the school which not only raise money but which enhance the experiences of children after school and bring together parents and children as a community centered on the school. The PTA aims to plan events and meetings at least a term in advance and longer in advance where possible.
