Co-hosts Elliott Wood and dMFK Architects are delighted to announce the return of SwiMIPIM for 2025. Taking place in Cannes during the global real estate conference MIPIM, the open-water swim is raising money for Streets of London - a fantastic charity providing specialist support for people who are homeless.

Date: Morning of Wednesday 12th March 2025

Location: MIPIM's London Stand, La Croisette Beach, Cannes

Distance Options: 1km or 2km

Requirements: Fundraise or donate a minimum of £250 through a JustGiving page (click the 'Start fundraising' button to create your page).

The swim is not a race (slow, confident swimmers please don't be put off!), but those after some healthy competition are welcome to compete. Participants will be supported by experienced lifeguards in kayaks.
