Story
Taking on your Swim for Stroke challenge is easy.
1) Choose your distance; maybe it's the width of Loch Ness (1.3 miles), the length of Ullswater (7 miles), the shortest width of the North Channel (13 miles) or the English Channel (20.5miles)?
2) Choose your location; are you a lap in the pool swimmer or an open water swimmer, or a mix of both?
3) Choose your timeframe; we recommend splitting your distance up over a month, but the choice is yours.
4) Set up your fundraising page and get swimming.
By taking on your own Swim for Stroke challenge, you'll be raising vital funds, and become part of the team making a difference within the stroke community. Rebuilding lives after stroke.
