Bucks Association for the Care of Offenders (BACO) is a registered charity and wholly voluntary organisation that helps to support prisoners and ex-offenders to break their cycle of criminal behaviour and reintegrate back into society. The charity works with the Prison Service and Probation but independently of both.

Kestrel Theatre Company employs professionals to work creatively within the criminal justice system, facilitating original pieces of work, mostly theatre and film. Their work enables self-expression in a non-judgemental, collaborative environment enabling development of self-confidence, mutual respect and resilience.
