Story

Our SIA Superheroes are taking on the Superhero Triathlon. They will be taking on one of three epic distances

Sprint: Swim 150m, Bike 3k, Push/run 1k

Half: Swim 400m, Bike 10K, Push/run 2.5k

Full: Swim 750m, Bike 20k, Push/run 5k

By sponsoring one of our superheroes you will be helping spinal cord injured people to live fulfilled lives. You donation will ensure that we can provide life changing and life saving services for spinal cord injured people from the point of injury, when leaving hospital and for a life time of support.
