The sun will come up at 6.58am on the day of the Sunrise Walk. You could choose to set off at the crack of dawn, make sure you're out and about as the sun climbs over the horizon or time it so you reach your favourite beauty spot to watch the sun rise on a brand new day.

It's completely up to you how far you choose to walk! We suggest a distance of 5km or 10km, but you can choose any route and distance you like!

When you sign up you will receive a commemorative Sunrise Walk T-shirt to wear during the event. This will be posted out to you around 2 weeks prior to the event date. Please add the 'postage' add on to your order. This covers the cost of packing and posting your t-shirt(s) and means that more of your registration fee will help to fund patient care.

And anyone who raises £100 or more will receive a limited edition I SUPPORT LIFE hoody. £100 could pay for personal protective equipment for 10 nurses for a whole day.
