This summer, get your family together, lace up our trainers and help spread smiles as you complete the miles by taking part in the Summer Virtual Rainbows 5K. Why not add a bit of friendly competition by encouraging your friends to take part too?

Whether you want to run, hop, skip, cycle or even dance the distance, in one go or in short bursts throughout August, its up to you!

So we know youre taking part in this fantastic summer event, please register your family by emailing fundraising@rainbows.co.uk. Once youve registered, a member of our Supporter Relations Team will be in touch, via email, with helpful fundraising tips and advice, including a link to download your very own social media assets, so you can shout about your fundraising.

When you raise a minimum sponsorship of £20 (per adult) and £10 (per child, aged 16-years-old and under) well send you one of our fantastic limited edition medals. If you raise £100pp, along with a fantastic medal well also send you a special Rainbows t-shirt; and if you raise £200pp you'll receive a Rainbows water bottle along with your medal and t-shirt.
