Help Create a Summer to Remember
Summer should be a time of joy, friendship and adventure.
But for many children and families across the UK, the school holidays can be one of the hardest times of the year.
Without the structure and support that school provides, many families face increased pressure. Rising living costs mean some parents struggle to put food on the table, while children can miss out on opportunities to play, learn and spend time with friends. Others face loneliness, uncertainty or difficult circumstances at home.
Every day, The Salvation Army supports people experiencing hardship, offering practical help, community and hope when it is needed most.
Your fundraising can help make that support possible.
Together, we can help provide:
- Safe and welcoming spaces for children and young people
- Holiday clubs, summer camps and community activities
- Nutritious meals during the school holidays
- Support for families facing financial hardship
- Opportunities for people to build friendships and feel connected
- Practical, emotional and spiritual support for those who need it most
No matter how you choose to fundraise, you'll be helping ensure that more people have access to support, community and hope this summer.
