The Situation
Intense military conflict has erupted in Sudan leading to the deaths of more than 400 people. Thousands more are injured and fleeing the conflict. Fear of a humanitarian emergency and prolonged civil war are very real. 16 million people already rely on humanitarian aid to survive, and the escalating situation has only made life more fragile.
How You Can Help
IDRF is responding to the crisis in Sudan by providing Emergency Food and Aid relief. We are on the ground and working hard to ensure that the most vulnerable people caught in this conflict have access to basic necessities such as food and water.
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "He who removes from a believer one of his difficulties of this world, Allah will remove one of his troubles on the Day of Resurrection..."
