Stopover provides a safe home for young women. Most have no family support or positive adult role models and have never had a place to live where they feel safe. Often the young women have suffered years of abuse and trauma, and have not had an adult in their lives that they could trust.

Many of the young women we work with go through our support pathway as their independence grows. This ranges from 24/7 on-site support at one end, through to a one hour per week key work session (with the security of 24-hour on-call support available).

With rising utlity costs Stopover are facing increases of up to 600% on costs of light and heat. Your donation will help towards keeping Stopover residents warm this winter.
