We know that times are hard at the moment with the rising cost of living, but please don't worry. We'll be keeping in touch as the weeks progress with tips and ideas for getting support from your family, friends and colleagues.

People will be inspired to sponsor you if you tell them your unique story. Explain why you've signed up for Midnight Walk and whether you will be walking in memory of someone special this year. And dont forget to upload a photo of yourself!
