Men's Day Out, in aid of St Luke's Hospice Plymouth, is back with an almighty bang!

Now you are registered, we need you to put your fundraising skills to the test and help us provide compassionate and dignified, end of life care, in our community.

Men's Day Out is the biggest men's charity walk in the southwest. The event gives men the chance to walk and talk and share their stories with people alike all while raising vital funds for our local patients and families. This event has been the gateway for local lads for almost 10 years, enabling them to share their experiences. We love that the event not only raises vital funds but allows those in our community to feel supported too.

Previous participants have expressed:

"The trouble with some blokes is, we won't open up, we won't talk about it, we just bottle it up. We should all get together and talk about these things because we've all lost loved ones."

"With the pain that weve all shared in the past, its nice to come out and have a positive day and do our bit to help at the same time."
