In these uncertain times, exercise is a wonderful way to improve your mental and physical health. Its known to boost your mood and energy levels and exercise can also provide routine and structure to your day.
There are lots of creative and easy ways you can get active throughout June without any equipment or leaving your home for example follow a fitness video, have a walk around the garden or take part in PE with Joe Wicks.
Whilst youre getting fitter and feeling healthier, youll also be raising money for us, the UKs leading bowel cancer charity.
Every 15 minutes someone is diagnosed with bowel cancer. Thats over 42,000 people every year. But with your support we can continue to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer.
