Whether they’re small, brisk, or taken one at a time, your steps matter. By moving a little more each day, you’re not only helping your own joints stay active, but you’re also supporting others to do the same.
For just £100 raised, up to 10 people can access vital self-management tools—helping them take control of their arthritis, reduce pain, and regain independence and confidence.
At Arthritis Action, we empower people to take control of their condition and live fuller, more active lives, even in the face of daily pain. As some of our amazing fundraisers put it:
