Every Step Counts this October

Join Step One, your local Devon mental health charity, this World Mental Health Day as we step up for mental wellness throughout October!

Step One supports up to 800 people with mental health problems who may also have disabilities living across Devon every year. With mental health problems skyrocketing on the back of multiple crises it has never been more important for organisations to reach out and offer freely available support to anyone who needs it. Step One is doing just that and working preventatively across the Devon community to help prevent crises.

Your support will help offer more free peer support groups, mental health courses, and workshops for those who need us most. You could directly help someone find the strength to move forward, or the confidence to take positive action in their lives.

By participating in the Every Step Counts Challenge you are becoming part of a team dedicated to standing up to the mental health crisis and saying that waiting list times are unacceptable, the rising number of suicides is unacceptable, and continued isolation and loneliness across our community is unacceptable.
