St David's Hospice Care are the largest provider of hospice services in south east Wales. We've been providing our free care for over four decades, from the comfort of our patients homes, to our purpose built in-patient hospice. We believe everyone suffering life-limiting illnesses should have access to high quality and compassionate palliative and end of life care, where and whenever they need it.
